HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE TREATMENT IN HOMEOPATHY

High blood pressure is the narrowing and hardening of the arteries which increase their resistance and pressure and make the heart work harder. Untreated hypertension may lead to heart disease and strokes. High blood pressure is defined was being over 140/90mm Hg. Normal blood pressure should range from 100/70 to 120/80. The higher number presents the systolic blood pressure, the BP while the heart pumps; lower number presents the diastolic BP during the rest between beats. The blood pressure is basically the pressure that the blood exerts on the arterial walls. High blood pressure puts strain on the blood vessels, the heart, and the kidneys.

Hypertension can occur because of excessive weight gain, poor diet, stress, smoking, excessive alcohol intake, consuming excessive coffee, drinking soft drinks replace the minerals with sodium and lack of exercise. Being overweight increases the blood pressure automatically. Increased blood fats decrease the HDL, also opens the way to be diabetics.

Supplements for high blood pressure:

Changing life style, and shifting to healthy and clean eating mostly change the high blood pressure in a positive way.

Weight loss (at least 10 pounds - 4.5/ 5kg) is a good starting point.

Every day 30min. physical exercise / yoga, dance, hiking also count as exercise.

Calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin D(1000-200 IU / or could be higher) and vitaminC, coenzyme Q and EPA/ DHA are important in helping to get hypertension problems under control.

Vitamin C can act as diuretic, removing excess fluid from body, and it helps reducing sodium level.

Put good amount of green leafy vegetables and fruits into your daily diet. Try to avoid saturated fats. Daily consume good quality of virgin olive oil.

Try to put more potassium rich foods into diet - Potassium can lessen the effects of sodium. Consume 4.7 gr of potassium each day. Potassium is necessary for nerves to transport messages and for muscle contraction and generating the electrical impulse. It is necessary for heart beating and also reduce the risk of kidney stones. Potassium rich foods are; tuna, salmon, yogurt, eggs, macadamia nuts, almonds, mushrooms, dark green leafy vegetables, beans and lentils.

Limit your sodium intake. Daily sodium intake should limited with 2300mg. (1 teaspoon is 2300mg) So learn to read all labels what you are consuming, because we are taking a lot of hidden sodium even with "healthy, natural"packed labeled food. Avoid snack foods, such as chips, salted nuts and seeds, ketchup, mayonnaise, commercially prepared salad dressings.

Watch your alcohol and coffee intake. ( Alcohol causes a loss of magnesium through the kidneys and magnesium is very important for controlling blood pressure)

Reduce your stress level, change your expectations.

Add ginkgo, asian ginseng, ginger root tea, garlic, beet root, and fresh lemon juice with warm water into your diet.

Eat your salads and vegetables raw.

Make a raw beet root juice, mix it with apple, celery, ginger, parsley.

Make a soup with beet, because when we boil it it looses nutritious nitrate, and that nitrate remain in the soup.

Chop, and crash garlic when you are eating, because more crash more allicin( allicin is the active ingredient in garlic) / don't overly eat garlic, it can cause digestive disturbances for some people.

Apple Cider Vinegar is also good for high blood pressure. ACV is tough to treat high blood pressure through balancing the body's PH. Breaking down inflammation and phlegm deposits and fat in the body can lead to lower pressure against the arterial walls and better circulation. Start with 1 tsp mix with warm glass of water, and quarter of lemon juice and consume before breakfast, than after one week you can increase vinegar amount like 1 tbsp and half a lemon juice mix with warm water, consume before breakfast. And after your body get used to it consume before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
